Vegard is the CEO of Fram Web. He has a degree in management and logistics from the Armed Forces and has studied political science and geography at NTNU. After a few years in the Armed Forces and the Civil Defense, he has a long period behind him as department head for Powel's activities within technical infrastructure with emphasis on sales, strategy and product development. Vegard then continued in ALLSKOG as planning manager with responsibility for resource mapping and environmental registration. After that, he was department director in the Norwegian Geological Survey with responsibility for marine mapping, landslide and loose mass mapping. He has been a board member of Fram Web since 2015 before stepping in as CEO in 2021. Vegard is often seen in the Røros area where he grew up and now has a cabin. Email: vegard@framweb.no

John has broad experience from the Norwegian Civil Defense, and he is well acquainted with the public sector's systems and conditions. He also has many years of experience from private business, where he has had tasks within organization and marketing. John is socially engaged and a relationship builder well above average.

Per Christian has a master's degree in Technical Design from NTNU. He has extensive management experience in telecommunications with a background from Telenor both in Norway and abroad, from Puzzel AS and from various startups in telecommunications. Per Christian has experience as head of both development and sales departments within subject areas such as mobile messaging, mobile applications and cloud-based applications. He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, is a relationship builder and emphasizes listening to customers' needs and credibility in dialogue. He is creative and is happy to contribute input to solutions that can benefit the customer.

Arne has extensive experience in sales, management and business development and has worked with various software systems within water and sewage and municipal systems since 1999. He also has experience with alert systems both as an end product and as an integration in municipal systems. He has good insight and understanding of work processes and conditions in the municipalities and the public sector in general. He is concerned with continuous customer dialogue and quickly gets to grips with and understands the customer's and user's needs. He is driven by creating good experiences and value for customers. In his spare time he is an avid hunter and fisherman and also has a great sense of long trips on skis, bicycles or with his sneakers.

Lars Christian is head of Fram Lab, the IT department in Fram Web. Lars Christian has a Master's in Program Development from the University of Bergen. He has long and varied experience with IT and system development projects. From 2012 to 2020, he worked in the security team at Sparebanken Vest IT. Lars Christian likes to work with what happens "deep in the engine room": Secure coding, robust systems and scalable and automated cloud infrastructure.  

André has a Master's degree in Informatics from the University of Bergen. He has worked with everything from financial systems and services for environmental documentation to alert systems. Although there are more modern programming languages he uses in day to day, André has many years of experience with Delphi. André is also above average interested in old computers such as the Commodore 64 and Amiga.

Erik has a Bachelor of Telecommunications from Ålesund University College. He started his working career in Bergen where he made various IP telephony products. In FramWeb, he is involved in maintaining, developing and operating Varsling 24. He currently works mostly with creating good user interfaces.

When Erik is not sitting in front of the keyboard, he works on his farm in Myrkdalen or is out skiing.

Jesper is responsible for the Danish market and is based in Copenhagen. He has a background in telecommunications and also has 18 years of experience in sales and implementation of telephone, notification and crisis management solutions. Jesper is focused on lasting customer relationships and being able to deliver robust, flexible and efficient solutions that are adapted to the customer's needs.
